We provide all of the resources so you can successfully build your own home.
Here’s what we provide:
- A detailed cost estimate for each phase of the project
- Assistance in obtaining construction financing including the necessary paperwork such as a builder agreement and specifications.
- A step by step schedule and week by week calendar to follow.
- A list of approved subcontractors for each phase of the project.
- Assistance in obtaining builder pricing for major items.
- Unlimited consultation until completion.
You handle the day-to-day management of the project, which includes:
- Getting bids, selecting subs and suppliers for each phase.
- Scheduling the work and checking on the progress.
- Handling the money, requesting funds from the bank, paying bills and keeping track of the budget.
